At SENTRAL our team of Youth Workers are the heart and soul of the service. They’re not just super talented but also passionate. They’ve all got up to date Working with Children Checks, follow all child safe standards, and are Mandatory Reporters.
Youth Workers are professionals with advanced education who are dedicated to helping young people thrive and reach their full potential.

- We offer information, advice, referrals, and support to young people who may lack the resources or confidence to seek help themselves
- We value the opinions of young people and encourage their input in the programs and services we provide
- We implement various strengths-based programs tailored to the needs of local young people
- We prioritise the safety of young people by guiding them towards positive health and relationship choices.
