Aboriginal Community Liaison Officer

Our Aboriginal Community Liaison Officer (ACLO) works to ensure First Nations people who live in our municipality have equal access to council facilities and services.

Based at the Joyce Wheatley Community Centre, our Aboriginal Community Liaison Officer provides information, advice and guidance to Council staff and to First Nations residents and agencies on issues relevant to their community.
