Summer holiday closures

Some of Council's facilities will be closed or have different opening times over the summer holiday period, including our administration building which will close at 3pm on 24 December and reopen at 8.45am on 2 January.

Current project

Proposed development west of Princes Highway, Kiama for residential purposes.

Project status

Council did not endorse the Planning Proposal, however the NSW State Government did, and the land is now rezoned for residential development. The next stage is for Council to prepare a site-specific Development Control Plan (DCP) chapter.
