Gerringong Surf Life Saving Club

This development (DA 2022.32.1) involves demolishing the existing surf club and construction of a new surf club and kiosk, including:

ground floor surf boat storage, first aid, bathrooms and changerooms (including accessible WCs), gym and lift
first floor bistro with bar and kitchen, indoor seating area, “multi purpose” room, bathrooms and wrap around deck to northern and eastern sides
driveway access from front eastern boundary (utilising existing driveway) and from north side boundary – note this requires removal of two existing parking spaces in northern neighbouring public carpark
detached kiosk (10m2), outdoor showers, bike rack and landscaping including replacement Bob Churton Memorial Garden
finishes including limestone brick walls with steel matt monument cladding.
