At its meeting held on 23 June 2020 Council resolved to prepare a Planning Proposal, under Section 3.32(3) of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979, for amendments to Kiama Local Environmental Plan 2011 to rezone part of Lot 442 DP 1201831, Henry Parkes Drive, Kiama Downs for residential purposes.

20/168OC - Committee recommendation that Council support the rezoning of part of Lot 442 DP 1201831, Henry Parkes Drive, Kiama Downs from E2 Environmental Conservation to R2 Low Density Residential and that the attached Planning Proposal to be submitted to the Department of Planning, Industry and Environment for a Gateway Determination.
