Planning Proposal - Part of Lot 2 DP 805229 Dido Street, Kiama

Proposal to rezone part of Lot 2 DP 805229 Dido Street, Kiama for residential purposes.

At its meeting held on 18 December 2018 Council resolved to prepare a Planning Proposal under Section 3.32(3) of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act, 1979 for amendments to the Kiama LEP 2011 to rezone a portion of the site from RU2 Rural Landscape to R2 Low Density Residential.

OC18/336 - Committee recommendation that Council:

  1. Endorse this Planning Proposal, without the inclusion of the E2 rezoning, to proceed to the Department of Planning and Environment for a Gateway Determination.
  2. Request plan making delegations for this proposal as part of the Gateway Determination.
  3. On receipt of the Gateway Determination, proceed with recommendations including requesting any further studies and public exhibition.
