Planning Proposal - Part of Iluka Reserve, Kiama Downs

Reclassify and rezone Iluka Reserve, Kiama Downs for residential purposes:

  • Part Lot 34 DP 28122
  • Part Lot 243 DP 30200

A request was considered and supported by Council at its meeting held on 15 September 2015, under Section 54(3) of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act, 1979.

CR15/327 - Committee recommendation that Council formally proceeds with a Planning Proposal for part of the Iluka Reserve at Kiama Downs to create up to 9 residential lots including open space embellishment over the remainder of the public reserve to meet community needs for future recreation activities in the area based on a masterplan including community consultation.
