Refund for Development Fees Paid

If you have paid Development fees and withdrawn your application from the NSW Planning Portal, you may be entitled to a refund. 

Council requires a written request for any refund of development fees paid.

To request a refund of development fees paid, please ensure you have withdrawn your application from the NSW Planning portal and then send an email to council@kiama.nsw.gov.au. 

Include in your email:

  1. Written request
  2. Your details
  3. The development application number
  4. The development address.
