Cancellation policy - Leisure Centre Swim, Gym and Squads
You can cancel your course enrolment at any time in our continuous programs.
You must follow this procedure to ensure your cancellation is approved.
- Provide two weeks' written notice via email to advise that you wish to cancel your program and stop the direct debit payments. Email courses@kiamalc.com.au
- Written notice of cancellation via email is the only method we will accept
- Cancellations will not be processed until any outstanding amounts are paid in full
- Once your two weeks’ notice has been given, you can attend the next two consecutive weeks of the program
- No refunds or credits will be issued for any advanced payments, including active kids vouchers
- Exceptional circumstances will be considered in waiving the two weeks’ notice and fees. This will be considered and approved by management. Exceptional circumstances can be emailed to courses@kiamalc.com.au
Rejected Payments and Direct Debits (Applies to Swim School, Gymnastics and Squads)
In exceptional circumstances, management reserves the right to cancel course enrolments.
- You will receive an email if your payment is rejected.
If the outstanding fees are not paid by the next scheduled payment date you will receive another email reminder.
You will then be contacted via phone as a final reminder.
If we cannot reach you, and the outstanding fees are not paid within the subsequent week, management will cancel your enrolment.
- In circumstances where an outstanding amount builds up and payments are not being made, we will contact you to address this. If there is reoccurrence of no payments being made or outstanding fees building up, management reserves the right to cancel your course enrolment.
- If an enrolment is cancelled, we cannot guarantee the same timeslot will be available when rebooking.
- We will not complete any moving or progression of courses if there are outstanding fees. These must be paid prior to moving into a different timeslot.
