Party and pool toy rules

Pool parties

  • No glass permitted
  • No alcohol permitted
  • All persons on the pool toy must comply with the Pool inflatable rules (see below)
  • Children under 5 years, or not at school, must pay entry for parties
    Parents supervising these children are covered in the party fee
  • Tables will be set with chairs for the number of children attending the party
    If additional seating is needed for adults an additional charge may apply
  • Memberships, multi-visit pool passes, and Fitness Passports may not be used for entry to parties
  • Heating facilities are not available for you to cook food for your party
  • If you book a pool party within operating hours, you will share the facility and pool toy with the public
  • If hiring the BBQ, please bring your own utensils and leave the BBQ as clean as possible
    A $10 fee for BBQ hire applies
  • All invited children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times

  • All party guests must vacate the venue by the designated party times to allow for staff to clean and set up for other bookings.

Pool inflatable

  • Children must be 5 years and over to participate
  • Children are required to complete a swim test where they must be able to jump off the block feet first, tread water for 15 seconds, then swim unaided/unassisted freestyle or breaststroke continuously for 15 metres
  • Participant weight limit 80kg, and recommended for under 14 years of age
  • Participant must wait until person ahead is over third obstacle before starting
  • Participant must move along pool in designated direction only
  • Participant must not push others in line or when on the inflatable
  • Participants must not run on pool deck
  • Participants must go down feet first on inflatable slide
  • No diving off the pool toy
  • If participant falls off the inflatable, they must swim away from the inflatable as soon as possible
  • Participant must not swim under pool toy
  • No recreational swimming in the inflatable and roped off areas
  • Inflatable will be put up or down at the discretion of the lifeguard
  • Any participant failing to comply with these rules will be banned from the inflatable at the lifeguards’ discretion.

Gym Fun Parties

  • No glass permitted
  • No alcohol permitted
  • Ages 5-8 years 15-20 children, 2 adult helpers required
  • Ages 9-12 years 15-20 children, 1 adult helper required
  • Ages 9-12 years - 20-25 children, 2 adult helpers required
  • Tables will be set with chairs for the number of children attending the party
