Parties

We offer two types of parties:

  • Pool parties
  • Gym fun parties.

All bookings are subject to pool, hall and staff availability.

Pool parties

Pool party packages

Option 1:

  • During trading times, includes entry
  • Saturday from 12.30-2.30pm
  • Party entry fee includes pool entry and set up of tables and chairs for your guests in our party area
  • Minimum of 10 children, maximum of 30 children per party.
    We can host 2-3 parties simultaneously until a total maximum of 50 children is reached
  • Parties are for children under the age of 14.

Option 2:

  • During trading times, includes entry and pool toy 
  • Sunday 12-2.30pm
  • Party entry fee includes pool entry, pool toy and set up of tables and chairs for your guests in our party area
  • Minimum of 10 children, maximum of 30 children per party.
    We can host 2-3 parties simultaneously until a total maximum of 50 children is reached
  • Parties are for children under the age of 14.

Exclusive pool hire

  • Includes pool toy and two pool lifeguards
  • Held out of operating hours - from 6-8pm Saturday
  • Maximum of 50 children
  • Exclusive use of entire pool area, pool toy, noodles and balls.

Gym fun parties

A great indoor party option for children aged 5-12 years old.

Gym fun parties include:

  • 1.5 hours of gym and game-related activities guided by our qualified instructors
  • Minimum of 10 children, maximum of 25 children
  • 3 party games
  • 30 minutes at the end to offer your guests cake and refreshments.

Sessions

Sunday morning (all year) 11am-1pm 

Adult helpers

All parties require additional adult help:

  • Ages 5-8 years 15-20 children: 2 adult helpers required
  • Ages 9-12 years 15-20 children: 1 adult helper required
  • Ages 9-12 years 20-25 children: 2 adult helpers required
  • children/siblings present under the age of 5 require full adult supervision.

Step 2.Wait for us to contact you

Our staff will be in touch with details of your tentative booking.

Step 3.Secure your booking

Full payment is required within 7 days of receiving your tentative booking confirmation letter.

Step 4.Final confirmation

1 week prior to your party, we will contact you to confirm final numbers and pay for any additional guests attending your party.

Terms and conditions

Trading hours party

  • To confirm your booking, payment is required for the lower number of the bracket selected within 7 days of receiving your party confirmation letter. For instance, if you've selected 10-15 children, payment is required for 10 children.
  • A follow-up contact will be made the week of your party to confirm final numbers. Should you wish to increase your numbers, you have the option to increase to the higher number of the bracket selected, and payment must be made immediately. For example, if you initially selected 10-15 children, you can increase your numbers to 15 children.
  • A list of attending children must be provided via email the week of the party.
  • All children attending the party must check in at reception upon arrival to receive a wristband.
  • No refunds will be issued for absent children.
  • We can host 2-3 parties simultaneously until a total maximum of 50 children is reached.
  • Parties require a minimum of 10 children and a maximum of 30 children.

 

Gymnastics party

  • To secure your booking, 100% payment is required within 7 days of receiving your party confirmation letter.
  • Maximum capacity of 25 children.
  • 1-2 adult helpers may be required on the day.

 

Exclusive pool party

  • To secure your booking, 100% payment is required within 7 days of receiving your party confirmation letter.
  • Maximum capacity of 50 children.

 

Pool Closures: In the event of a pool closure due to faecal/vomit contamination:

  • Toddlers Pool and Main Pool will be closed for 30 minutes in the event of a solid stool or vomit.
  • In the event of a loose stool incident, the pool/pools will be closed for a minimum of 2 hours.
  • We will endeavour to notify you of a pool closure within 30 minutes prior to the commencement of your party. You will also be informed of the anticipated time for pool re-opening.

 

Alternate Options for Saturday Night Parties (6:00-8:00 pm):

  • Pool games can be organised in the Toddlers pool for ages 6 to 8 years. This may be for the duration of the party or until the Main Pool reopens.
  • If the pool reopens during the party, staff can organise pool activities upon return.
  • In case of pool closure during the party, party fees may be negotiated.
  • If the closure occurs before your party and the pool is expected to remain closed, parties will be rescheduled or, as a last resort, cancelled, with fees refunded by management.

Alternate Options for Trading Hour Parties (Saturday or Sunday):

  • If the pool closure occurs before your party and is expected to persist, parties will be rescheduled or cancelled, with fees refunded.
  • In case of pool closure during the party, party fees may be negotiated.
