Childminding service

Childminding is available in our 'Kids Corner' creche so you can enjoy a class, workout, swim, spa or sauna.

Guidelines

• Pay at reception before entering the childminding area and get your 'Kids Corner' token
• Sign your child/ren in upon arrival, and sign out upon leaving
• Parent/carer must remain within the Leisure Centre while your child is in the childminding area
• Provide appropriate food, drink, clothing and nappies for children and let staff know of any special medical conditions or allergies
• The minimum age allowed is 6 weeks old
• Provide a pram or stroller for children under 2 years
• Maximum childminding time allowed for children is 1.5 hours
• In the case of an aggressive, biting or distressed child, staff may contact the parent/carer immediately
• No child will be permitted if sick. See National Health and Medical Research Council guidelines for advice on various illnesses and exclusion periods
• Avoid bringing food with peanuts so that we can enable children with peanut allergies to attend.
