Childminding service
Childminding is available in our 'Kids Corner' creche so you can enjoy a class, workout, swim, spa or sauna.
Guidelines
- Pay at reception before entering the childminding area and get your 'Kids Corner' token
- Sign your child/ren in upon arrival, and sign out upon leaving
- Parent/carer must remain within the Leisure Centre while your child is in the childminding area
- Provide appropriate food, drink, clothing and nappies for children and let staff know of any special medical conditions or allergies
- The minimum age allowed is 6 weeks old
- Provide a pram or stroller for children under 2 years
- Maximum childminding time allowed for children is 1.5 hours
- In the case of an aggressive, biting or distressed child, staff may contact the parent/carer immediately
- No child will be permitted if sick. See National Health and Medical Research Council guidelines for advice on various illnesses and exclusion periods
- Avoid bringing food with peanuts so that we can enable children with peanut allergies to attend.
