Our trainers can assess your fitness level using various testing methods.

His motivational and friendly attitude accompanied by his incredible background in sports training makes him a great asset to our team and your number one pick for sports fitness and rehabilitation.
David Todd

Dave has been with the Leisure Centre for 11 years and has trained here since he was a teenager.
Dave preaches a balanced lifestyle to maintain long term results.
His background in amateur boxing gives him a great foundation in teaching the sport, from boxing fitness to 'in the ring' skills and techniques.
Gym Conditions of Entry
Gym patrons must:
- bring a towel and wipe down equipment after use for hygienic purposes
- not take food into the gym
- during busy periods adhere to 20 minute time limits on cardio machines
- wear appropriate clothing while exercising - minimum requirements include fully enclosed jogger/sports shoes, shorts, singlet or T-shirt
- replace weights when finished use
- be considerate towards other gym users
- shower before using pool or spa facilities
Gym Licence holders:
- must show their Gym Licence at reception
- may use the gym unsupervised
Year 7 students and/or children aged between 13-16 who do not have a gym licence must be supervised by the gym supervisor or a responsible adult while in the gym.
