Group Fitness
Bookings are required for all group fitness classes.
Bookings open 25 hours before a scheduled class.
If the minimum 5 participants for a class is not reached, we will cancel the class 1 hour before the start time (Sundays at 4.30pm for Monday 6am class).
All our fitness instructors are accredited and affiliated with AUSactive.
Minimum participant age is 13 or student enrolled in high school.
Some classes require participants to be 15 years and over.

*Please note, our class timetable is subject to change at short notice and bookings are essential. Please use our online portal to book a fitness class or contact Kiama Leisure Centre to confirm class times and availability.
Safety and wellbeing
Your safety and wellbeing is our concern, so please:
- bring water and a towel to every session
- drink water at regular intervals
- inform the instructor of any injuries or ailments of concern
- arrive early to class to ensure you warm up properly
- stay for stretches at the end of the class
- pay or scan your card before you enter the class
- if you do not turn up on time and the class has started, you may not be permitted to take part for your own safety.
