Kiama Municipal Council has many wonderful beaches, rivers and estuaries to explore across our local government area.

Blue Haven offers a true continuum of aged care services, and a wide range of disability services for people in the Illawarra region, including residential aged care, in-home support, disability support and coordination and independent living units.

Cemeteries

We operate and maintain the Kiama (Bombo), Jamberoo, Gerringong, and the closed Kendall's cemeteries.

Community Halls for hire

We have a number of community halls available for hire throughout the municipality.

Conference and meeting room hire

Council have a range of conference and meeting rooms available for hire.

Fountaindale Dam

Fountaindale Dam, located at the confluence of Tangalla Gully and Fountaindale Creek is a decommissioned dam previously used to provide Kiama's water supply.

Kiama Coast Holiday Parks

Escape to 1 of our 5 superbly located Holiday Parks at Kiama Harbour, Surf Beach, Kendalls Beach, Werri Beach, and Seven Mile Beach.

Kiama Coast Walk

Spanning 20km in total, from the mouth of the Minnamurra River in the North of the Municipality all the way to Gerringong's Werri Beach in the South.

Kiama Leisure Centre

Our indoor facility features a 25 metre heated pool, heated toddlers pool, spa and sauna and a popular aqua aerobics program

Libraries

Discover your next armchair adventure at Kiama or Gerringong Library. Or there's no time like the present to explore your past at the Kiama Family History Centre, located on the ground floor below Kiama Library.
