Sticks and Stones Exhibition

A combined exhibition of tableware and various other one-of-a-kind ceramic pieces by Uta Hasenkrug-Cannon, and handcrafted timber items by David Bywater.

About David:
Having retired from a lifetime spent in the Education sector, David now has time to devote to his love of all things wood. Work done with heart and hand are the hallmarks of the fine woodcraft that he creates. Each piece is crafted not just to be functional and beautiful, but to last for generations.

About Uta:
Originally from Germany, Uta studied for many years with the esteemed North German potter Meike Falck, before moving to Australia in 2017 and settling in Kiama. Her functional and decorative contemporary work is designed to be a visual and tactile pleasure to use, bringing joy to your everyday life and making wonderful gifts for any occasion.
