Squads intensive - Week 2

Our Squads intensive school holiday program at Kiama Leisure Centre.

For Week 2 we have two offerings:

7am - 8am: Levels including Transition, Mini Squad Level 2 and Mini Squad Level 3

5.30am - 7.30am: Levels including National Target, Senior Fitness, Junior Performance and Junior Fitness (Note: this level is only for 3x days - Monday 15, Wednesday 17 and Friday 19 January 2024) 

Bring appropriate clothing for dry land fitness.
