Our Squad Intensives offer specialised training for all squad levels.

National Target, Junior Performance & Fitness Squads

Week 1: Thursday 2 to Friday 3 January. 5.30 – 7.15am. $27.50.
Week 2: Monday 6, Tuesday 7, Thursday 9 and Friday 10 January. 5.30 – 7.15am. $37.
Week 3: Monday 13 to Friday 17 January. 5.30 – 7.15am. $37.
Week 4: Monday 20 to Friday 24 January. 5.30 – 7.15am. $37.
Week 5: Tuesday 27 to Friday 31 January. 5.30 – 7.15am. $37.

Transition, Race Skills & Mini squad 2 & 3

Week 1: No sessions.
Week 2: Monday 6 to Friday 10 January. 7am – 8am. $37.
Week 3: Monday 13 to Friday 17 January. 7am – 8am. $37.
Week 4: Monday 20 to Friday 24 January. 6am – 7am. $37.
Week 5: No sessions.

Important Information: If you are unable to attend a day, unfortunately, you forfeit that day's session.
