Bondi to Berry - Ride to Remember
Next date: Saturday, 16 November 2024 | 12:00 AM
to 11:00 PM
The Bondi2Berry Ride to Remember starts at North Bondi Surf Life Saving Club and rides down to Berry, with a pitstop in Kiama.
This year, the Kiama pitstop will be in the grounds of the Uniting Church on Manning Street.
Kiama's Mayor will be in attendance to greet riders and entertainment will be provided.
More than 100 cyclists take part in the Bondi2Berry each year, to raise awareness and research funding for Dementia Australia.
Dementia is the second leading cause of death of Australians and the leading cause of death among women. There are an estimated 487,500 Australians living with the condition.
Since 2016, the Bondi2Berry has raised more than $1 million to help with research.

Calling all volunteers
Organisers are asking for volunteers to help at the Kiama pitstop.
The roles are quite straight forward and don't require any event experience or heavy lifting:
- setting up bike racks
- setting up tear drop banners
- setting up trestle tables
- setting up food and drink
