Looking for things to do these school holidays? Kiama Council has a range of facilities offering fun activities to keep children and young people engaged and entertained.

From craft and creativity to movement and outdoor exploration, there’s something for everyone.

At the Libraries

Kiama and Gerringong Libraries are hosting a full program of activities across the school holidays. Families can expect hands-on workshops, storytelling sessions, movie nights and STEM-inspired challenges. Activities are designed for different age groups, with options suited to younger children, tweens and teens.

Please visit their website to see what’s available.

For Young People

While the SENTRAL Youth holiday program has now reached capacity, young people aged 12 to 24 can still take part in Youth Week celebrations, including a free live music event, Youth Fest. This is a great opportunity to connect, celebrate creativity and support local performers in a relaxed, welcoming space.

Visit the SENTRAL webpage to learn more.

Plan Your Holidays

Whether your child is curious, creative or full of energy, there’s plenty happening in and around Kiama to keep them engaged these holidays.

Bookings are essential for most sessions, and spaces can fill quickly, if they haven’t already.

We encourage families to check age guidelines, venue details and cancellation policies before confirming their place.
