Proposed New Lease
Part Lot 2, Section 3, Deposited Plan 758563, Kiama Junior and Minor Rugby League Football Club
Council is proposing to enter into a new lease with the Kiama Junior and Minor Rugby League Football Club for a period of 5 years for the continued operation of the Kiama Junior and Minor Rugby League Football Club located at Kiama Showground (Part Lot 2, Section 3, Deposited Plan 758563).
Council is required to advertise proposal under Section 47A of the Local Government Act 1993.
Any submissions should be addressed to the CEO, Kiama Municipal Council by 4:30pm on Wednesday 3 July 2024.
At the end of the submission period Council will formally consider whether to enter into a new lease agreement.
