Non-exclusive use part of Seven Mile Beach Reserve (R83972)
Proposed use: The use of Seven Mile Beach reserve for commercial beach haul fishing.
Council is proposing to enter into a new licence with the Seeking Fisheries Pty Ltd for a period of 5 years for the continued operation of the Seeking Fisheries Pty Ltd the non-exclusive use part of Seven Mile Beach Reserve (R83972).
Council is required to advertise proposal under Section 47A of the Local Government Act 1993.
Any submissions should be addressed to the CEO, Kiama Municipal Council by 4:30pm on Wednesday 3 July 2024.
