Proposed New Licence

Council is proposing to enter into a new licence with the Dartanyon Developments Pty Limited for a period of 12 months for the continued operation of the Dartanyon Developments Pty Limited land Part Lot 2 Sec: 3: DP 758563, Part Lot 12 DP: 200390, Part Lot 1 DP: 1115030, Part Chittick Oval, Kiama (D580000).
Council is required to advertise proposal under Section 47A of the Local Government Act 1993.
Any submissions should be addressed to the CEO, Kiama Municipal Council by 4:30pm on Wednesday 3 July 2024.
At the end of the submission period Council will formally consider whether to enter into a new licence agreement.
