Proposed New Lease
That part of Lot 16 DP 262469 and Part Lot 1 DP 1075959 being Tennis Courts 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 and the Clubhouse at Bridges Road, Gerringong
Council is proposing to enter into a new lease with the Gerringong Tennis Club Incorporated for a period of 5 years for the continued operation of the Gerringong Tennis Club Incorporated that part of Lot 16 DP 262469 and Part Lot 1 DP 1075959 being Tennis Courts 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 and the Clubhouse at Bridges Road, Gerringong.
Council is required to advertise proposal under Section 47A of the Local Government Act 1993. Any submissions should be addressed to the CEO, Kiama Municipal Council by 4:30pm on Wednesday 14 August 2024. At the end of the submission period Council will formally consider whether to enter into a new lease agreement.
