The Draft Section 7.12 Contributions Plan (2024) applies to the whole of the Kiama Local Government Area. The Plan levies development contributions towards the cost of providing public infrastructure based on the proposed cost of the development.
The Plan has been reviewed to incorporate minor changes such as legislative updates, an updated works schedule, feedback from reports and engagement processes, and a restructure of the document including formatting and other minor changes.
The Draft Plan is on exhibition until Friday 21 June and all members of the community and stakeholders are encouraged to provide their feedback.
