Phone 13 18 16 to pay by credit card, or

Step 2.BPAY

phone your bank or financial institution to pay by BPAY ($20 minimum payment required).

In person

We are available to accept quick transactions only.

Our payment preference is contactless debit/credit card.

However, we can accept cash, cheque or money order payments safely if necessary.

Step 2.Australia Post

Or, pay your rates via debit/credit card, cash, cheque at any Australia Post Office.

BPAY View

Register for online notices

Have your rates and instalment notices sent direct to your online financial institution.

To set up:

  • Log in to your online banking account
  • Find the 'BPAY View' or 'View bills' section
  • Register by entering the Biller Code and your Reference Number.

Instalments are due quarterly:

  • 31 August
  • 30 November
  • 28 February
  • 31 May.

Overdue payment attracts a 7.5% interest charge per annum calculated daily.

Council collects rates so we can administer various laws and regulations, and maintain and improve services and facilities for our community.

These include:

  • community services
  • sporting and recreation facilities
  • environmental planning
  • public health
  • environmental protection
  • waste collection, treatment and disposal.
