The Council, as the appointed Crown Land Manager of Seven Mile Beach Reserve (R83972), invites expressions of interest (EOI) for the lease and operation of the Seven Mile Beach Kiosk.
This prime facility, located on Crooked River Road in Gerroa, serves as a hub for guests of the nearby holiday park, local residents, and tourists who visit the scenic Seven Mile Beach area. The kiosk is positioned just 200 metres from both Crooked River and Seven Mile Beach and offers an exceptional business opportunity.
Council is seeking a capable and enthusiastic operator to manage and further enhance this well-situated kiosk, that complements the natural beauty of the area and meets the needs of the community.
Interested parties are encouraged to submit an EOI to secure a lease agreement and outline their vision for the kiosk’s future, including ideas for service offerings and potential capital improvements.
