New Director Planning, Environment & Communities

Following a rigorous recruitment process run by Capstone Recruitment, Ed Paterson has been appointed to the role of Director Planning, Environment & Communities. 

Mr Paterson has been leading the Implementation Team charged with driving the strategic, operational and structural reforms required by the NSW Government's Performance Improvement Order.

CEO Jane Stroud said Mr Paterson's appointment reflected his skills, dedication to staff and the community, his breadth of knowledge, technical expertise and genuine motivation for the role. 

"Ed brings great technical expertise in planning and an abiding commitment to the Kiama community, coupled with a strong desire to help lead the organisation and his teams to do their best for the community," Ms Stroud said. 

"It is wonderful to have him contributing to the leadership team, working in the executive and supporting our staff."
