Ed rejoined council in March 2024, as the Head of Implementation and has since been appointed to the role of Director Planning, Environment & Communities.

Ed has spent the last decade within local and state governments gaining experience in strategic and corporate planning, government relations, communications and project implementation.

Director Planning, Environment and Communities key responsibilities include:

  • Strategic planning
  • Development Assessments
  • Community Hubs (Libraries, Leisure Centre, Youth Services)
  • Environmental health services
  • Compliance.
